Endurance Strategies, LLC (“Endurance Strategies”) is the owner and operator of the EnduranceX platform, a digital education and marketplace platform designed to provide investment professionals, family offices, and accredited investors with access to educational resources and information about private-market opportunities.
EnduranceX is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or investment fund.
Certain investment-related activities connected with EnduranceX are conducted through its affiliates:

Gramercy Park Wealth Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser; and

GPWA, LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC, a registered broker-dealer.
Andres Sandate, Founder and CEO of Endurance Strategies, LLC, is an Investment Adviser Representative of Gramercy Park Wealth Advisors, LLC and a Registered Representative of GPWA, LLC.
Purpose
Endurance Strategies has developed and maintains a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) reasonably designed to ensure the continuation or prompt resumption of critical business functions in the event of a significant business disruption.
The plan is intended to safeguard employees, protect client data, and maintain access to essential technology systems and communications so that we can continue to serve users of the EnduranceX platform, as well as clients and partners of our affiliated advisory and broker-dealer entities.
Plan Overview
The BCP addresses, among other items:

Employee safety and accountability during an emergency.

Alternative office and remote-work arrangements in the event primary facilities become unavailable.

Protection and recovery of mission-critical systems, including data backup, cybersecurity, and cloud-based redundancy.

Internal and external communications protocols, including updates to EnduranceX users, investors, and partner firms.

Coordination with third-party vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities.

Ongoing assessments of operational readiness and technology resilience.
The plan is reviewed at least annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in business operations, personnel, systems, or regulatory requirements.

Affiliated Entity Continuity
Endurance Strategies coordinates with Gramercy Park Wealth Advisors, LLC and GPWA, LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC) to ensure their own business continuity and disaster recovery procedures are compatible with those of Endurance Strategies.
Each entity maintains its own BCP consistent with SEC and FINRA regulatory standards and is responsible for ensuring client account access, trade processing, and custody continuity through its designated custodians and clearing firms.
Plan Review
This BCP is reviewed annually to evaluate its adequacy, and updates are implemented when necessary based on operational or structural changes. Summaries of material revisions are available upon request.
